Our Team

Harmon Capital Group (HCG) team is an energetic and investor-oriented group with an expertise in real estate, finance, construction, and engineering.  We harness our unique skillset to tackle investment opportunities in increasingly complex real estate markets.

Edward Harmon, P.E.

Founder | Managing Partner

Ed is the Founder and Managing Partner of Harmon Capital Group, LLC.  He launched HCG in 2021 and oversees all aspects of HCG's operations, including equity investment offerings, underwriting, investor relations, and asset management.

Ed worked as a Project Manager for the Clark Construction Group in Washington D.C., where he managed the design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects.  His portfolio of work (seen below) included specialty self-perform support of excavation, deep foundations, and structural concrete projects.  Today he leverages his construction background to accurately underwrite acquisitions, lead a lean operation, and identify solutions to complex problems in order to create the best paths to grow investor capital.

Ed holds a bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia.  Ed is also a citizen of both the United States and Brazil and speaks English and Portuguese fluently.
